UPDATE: Supervisor Net version 9.4.2 has been released

We’ve released Supervisor Net suite of products version 9.4.2. A complete list of changes is as follows:

Supervisor Net

[Bug Fix] #17195 Fixed issues with PCL XL page counting, detecting colour in documents. Specifically affected the HP Universal PCL driver, but may also have affected other drivers also

[Bug Fix] #17171 The calendar service would not always automatically re-start if the server was rebooted

Web Administrator

[Change] #17197 When reversing a transaction, the resulting site and location recorded in the new transaction will be the same as the original transaction

[Change] #17191 The font on the printed guest ticket is now 30% larger

[Bug Fix] #17207 When editing a computer reservation, the site and location drop-downs were not working correctly

[Bug Fix] #17204 Web Administrator would consume more memory over time, on a busy site this would result in an eventual re-start of the Web Administrator processes. Admin users would need to log back into the product to continue once this occurred.

[Bug Fix] #17203 Editing the number of successive computer extensions in the PC Type record would not save correctly

[Bug Fix] #17194 When paying by Cash or EFTPOS in the print release module, if the administrator clicked the finish button multiple times, the user’s account would be credited the same number of times. The finish button can now only be clicked once

[Bug Fix] #17182 Web Administrator would induce a rounding error when summing up multiple print jobs for release. This would result in the user’s account being adjusted by fractions of a cent in error

[Bug Fix] #17176 The size of the lines of the footer on the receipt printed when releasing a print job was not adjusting correctly as per the configuration

[Bug Fix] #17174 There was no ‘Save’ button in the User Accounts -> Permissions tab. It was not possible to save changes

Web Print

[Bug Fix] #17196 Fixed an issue with the XPS page counter in Web Print failing to properly detect the last page of a document sometimes

[Bug Fix] #17170 A fresh install of Web Print would throw an error message and not work

Supervisor Insight

[Bug Fix] #17184 There were errors in the 1450: Printing Usage Summary Report when a transaction had been reversed

[Bug Fix] #17172 Insight was unable to connect to a SQL Server version 2019 or later if installed on a separate server running an operating system earlier than 2019 Server
