UPDATE: iPOS version 8.0.25

We have released version 8.0.25 of iPOS to further enhance the product and to address some issues found in the field.

A complete list of changes is as follows:

[Feature] #16392 The ‘AccountCode’ column exported using the ‘Export supplier invoices’ function is now populated by the contents of a global variable called XEROACCOUNTCODE

[Feature] #16242 Different pricing models can now be used when paying fees and fines when used in conjunction with the Spydus LMS

[Change] #16426 A change has been made to the stock import tool by adding an option called ‘Update initial stock value only’. This will update the average stock cost for the initial stock in the system and won’t affect the average cost for stock on hand

[Change] #16393 The ‘Export supplier invoices’ function has been changed for Xero to match the tax terminology used by Xero

[Bug Fix] #16394 iPOS was not correctly handling offline transactions when suffixed accounts were being used. Suffixes were being applied to the IPOS PURCHASE account in the resulting transactions
[Bug Fix] #16390 The stock value report was showing no data when exported to an Excel spreadsheet and un-ticking the filter option ‘Group by department’
[Bug Fix] #16250 Data would sometimes be missing when transactions were unloaded to Supervisor Net if the recipe function was used in iPOS
[Bug Fix] #15880 Balances could be sent negative if normal balances and quota balances were used during a single transaction
[Bug Fix] #15099 Users could buy things not flagged for “uses quota” in IPOS when they have quota and no balance. This could cause balances to go negative
