Supervisor Net Suite of Products 8.2.4 Released!

Some of the changes we’re most excited about are:

Parents can now get up and running with Monitor Online Ordering faster and easier thanks to the addition of a Parent self-sign-up configuration wizard. We’ve made it as quick and as painless as we can to sign up, all while keeping a high level of security.

Generating reports after sales campaigns in Monitor Online Ordering is much more straightforward with the Sale End feature. Different sale items can be grouped together during the sale, so that when the sale is over, a single report is generated, showing details of all the items in the campaign.

The PC Print Popup application now allows users to choose whether they would like their activity billed to their user account, or to their departmental account. This feature will also roll out to Monitor Embedded and the Mac Print Popup soon.

But that’s not all we’ve done! Here’s a rundown of a few more changes:

  • My Monitor parent accounts for schools can now have duplicate email addresses when linking children to parents. Settings can be applied to all children from one parent account.
  • Support has been added to the Mobile Print Manager for the upcoming print submission and payment kiosk application.
  • The Manage Orders page in Monitor Online Ordering (MOO) has been turned into a scrollable page. You’re also able to filter your options for easy viewing and exporting.
  • Security updates in MOO mean that we’re now much more secure against hackers.
  • The Manage Orders page on MOO can now be saved between logins. You won’t have to fill out the same thing if life gets in the way.
  • Web Print now makes it clearer where it’s up to with your print jobs. Any changes made to the attributes result in a ‘Processing’ status until the job is completed or changed.
  • My Monitor now has support for South Africa’s Paygate’s PayWeb 3 payment gateway.

Hours of hard work behind the scenes for us translates to a few little improvements, all adding to an increasingly fluid user experience.
