Supervisor Export and Supervisor Insight combine to provide a powerful suite of reporting tools for Monitor customers.

Monitor’s wide range of reports ensures that any organisation utilising a Monitor solution will have access to a comprehensive list of reports to help reduce costs and adhere to the organisation’s environmental practices.

Both Supervisor Export and Supervisor Insight provide comprehensive department and cost centre reporting to ensure that budgets are met. These reports can be drilled down to a user level allowing organisations to make informed decisions on where to reduce costs through user behaviour.

Through the Supervisor Export application, users have the ability to email reports to multiple inboxes a date and time that suits the organisation’s requirements. The reports created can include a wide range of customisable graphs, fonts, colours and styles. These can be exported in various formats including Excel, CSV, PDF and much more.

With the various document formats available in Supervisor Export, organisations can prepare transaction or database information with ease for importing to a third party system.

Supervisor Insight provides organisations with a web reporting tool which allows specific users to access reports anywhere. There are over 30 reports to choose from with users having the ability to save their favourite reports so they don’t have to re run them each time they need to access them. Supervisor Insight also provides the user with the ability to create a close-off point in their reports. ‘Close offs’ eliminate any overlapping from one report to another. This ensures that all reports run are accurate without any crossovers. Supervisor Export also has the capability to set ‘Close-offs’.
