HUGE UPDATE: Feature release of Supervisor Express, My Reservation & My Monitor – version 9.5.0.

Please note that all of our products being released today are version 9.5.0, and they will all require this version of Supervisor Net.

SUPERVISOR EXPRESS:

The biggest change in this version is the ability to submit a print job via USB, pay using Cash or Eftpos and then choosing to release that job later at an MFD.

Important Notes
When upgrading an existing version of Express, the following manual changes must be made to the printed receipts:
– ‘Insufficient Funds’ needs the ‘Primary Number’ added to it
– ‘Print Kiosk Cash’ and ‘Print Kiosk Eftpos’ need the new variables called ‘Instructions Line 1’ and ‘Instructions Line 2’ added to them near the top of the receipt
These changes are already included during a fresh install.

Print Release
[Change] #17455 In previous versions, the job would print immediately when paying by Cash or EFTPOS, even when Print Time was set to ‘Print Later Only’. This is no longer the case, as pre-payment of jobs is now fully supported
[Bug Fix] #17506 A Monitor account should not be offered as a source of funds if it has zero balance
[Bug Fix] #17505 The workflow when a user logs in using Monitor account and then pays using Cash or EFTPOS was not working correctly. The job was being released for free and the Monitor account was being credited with funds

Print Kiosk
[Feature] #17479 A receipt with a Print Job ID is now printed when the user chooses to print later and pays using Cash or EFTPOS
[Change] #17473 A receipt is no longer offered if the payment method is ‘Supervisor Net’ and print time is set to ‘Print Later Only’
[Bug Fix] #17496 A receipt should not have been mandatory when printing now and paying by Cash or EFTPOS
[Bug Fix] #17492 Print jobs were not appearing for release in Monitor Embedded when Express was set to ‘Print Later Only’
[Bug Fix] #17489 Inserting insufficient cash for the transaction was not crediting the resulting cash receipt account correctly
[Bug Fix] #17474 The receipt printed in the situation that the user inserted insufficient cash did not have the cash receipt account number printed on it
