Google Chrome Extention

MonitorBM’s new Chrome Extension makes printing from Chrome simple and easy . Whether it is printing a web page, Google Doc’s, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google drawings, google forms etc. or if you are printing from a Chromebook the Monitor Chrome extension will let you print directly the monitor cloud printer. Then you can release your print job from any Embedded copier. The Monitor Chrome extension will replace the Google Cloud printing feature being deprecated by Google on the 31^st of December 2020

MonitorBM will work with your IT team to set up the  School or Businesses network so that when your device connects with that network the Monitor Chrome Extension will be pushed to your device. The key is to ensure that your student/staff google email address is assigned to their Primary account on the Monitor Print system running on your school or business network. If this is so, your PC, Mac, or Chrome book will perform just like any other network-connected device when printing from Chrome. Once connected you can print from your device to the network in a normal manner with all costs being allocated to the correct person and /or department.
