New Reports in Supervisor Insight

Four new reports are added to Supervisor Insight.

Monitor has recently added several new reports to Supervisor Insight, one of the powerful reporting tools in Monitor’s Supervisor Net Suite. Supervisor Insight is a web based application that allows users to run reports and export to formats such as PDF, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Users of Supervisor Insight can set date and time ‘close off’s’ which ensure accurate reporting and eliminate overlapping and gaps in reporting transactions.

There are four new reports in total which will benefit all sites that run Supervisor Insight.

The following are a list of the new reports available and their features:

Report 1021        Field One Summary

This report uses field one in the Primary record’s account database and creates a summary of the details in this field, including blank fields. Displayed in this report are the count items, debit and credit for each detail group.

Report 1022        Field One Summary – Filtered

The Field One Summary – Filtered report allows users to filter a detail group in field one in the Primary record’s account database. The report will then show the Count Items, Debit and Credit of each detail group in Field 2, including blanks. There is also a ‘Show Pricing Model Details’ open, that when ticked, will also display the disbursements for that detail group.

Report 1023        Field One and Two Summary – Filtered

Report 1023 allows users to filter a detail group in field one and/or field two. Count Items, Debit and Credit of the fields selected will be displayed. This will also include any blanks in the selected fields. The ‘Show Pricing Model Details’ option is not available in this report.

Report 1024        Field Three Summary – Filtered

This report allows users to filter a detail group in Field Three of the Primary record’s account database. Count Items, Debit and Credit are displayed as well as Pricing Model detail.

Supervisor Export is another of Monitor’s reporting tools. Key uses of Supervisor Export are:

• Automated reporting on a regular basis
• Preparing transaction or database information for importing into a 3rd party system
