Increasingly today, documents are demanded in electronic format, urgently for information, signatures or to import into a presentation. Whereas in the past, important documents and drawings were mailed or faxed to another party, now you can release and receive scanned documents straight to your email. Traditionally, charges for mailed or faxed documents, have been captured in postage or number of pages or time.
